Educational toolkit

Once the installation team have completed their work on site and the solution has been successfully launched, the training team will dispatch a representative to train and support you on site. Each of our Trainers are made fully aware of the bespoke solution they are going to support and bring with them a tool kit of excellent technical knowledge, practical experience and an enthusiastic approach to education and support.

Training sessions are specifically designed to deliver an easy to understand none technical approach to learning to cater for every level of user. Trainers bring with them all the materials needed to conduct team or individual training sessions and provide leave-behind documentation which can be referred to post-training.
